会长致辞 2005-09-19 16:12  　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　全国人大常委、人大财经委员会副主任委员 　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　中国外商投资企业协会会长 石广生 　　　　Member of the Standing Committee of National People's Congress and 　　　　Vice　Chairman of the Financial and Economic committee of the National 　　　　People's　Congress 　　　Chairman of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment 　　　　Shi Guangsheng 　　中国外商投资企业协会成立17年了，在这17年中，协会始终坚持“协调、指导、咨询、服务”的宗旨，在政府和企业间发挥“桥梁、纽带”作用。立足于为会员服务，维护国家和社会利益，维护外商投资企业的合法权益。协会以实际有效的服务吸引了在华的外商投资企业，成为企业之家。现已有各类直属会员和间接会员、机构逾万家，会员分布在全国各地。 　　中国加入世贸组织后，进一步改革开放，并加快相关法律的修改，投资保障体系不断完善。可以预见，外商来华投资将继续保持增长势头，外商投资企业的快速发展，为协会的工作提供更加广阔的空间，也提出了更高的要求。协会要运用新的理念，根据当前和今后的新形势和新特点，针对不同的行业提供特色服务，不断丰富服务内容，改进服务方法。通过各种有效的方式将服务贯穿到工作的各个环节之中，为外商投资企业经营创造良好环境，为促进企业的繁荣发展做出自己的新努力。 　　展望未来，在经济全球化加快的进程中，我国经济稳健、高速的发展，带给在华外商投资企业更大的发展机遇。我会将一如既往地为会员企业提供真诚的服务，同时欢迎来自海内外的投资者和企业与我们加强联系和合作，参与和支持协会的工作。我相信，在全体会员的共同努力下，协会一定越办越好，为企业和社会做出更大的贡献。 　　The year 2004 marks the 17th anniversary of CAEFI. Over the past 17 years,abiding by the guidelines of "coordinating,directing,consulting and serving", the Association has fulfilled its role as the "bridge and linkage" between the government and enterprises. Focusing on member services, CAEFI strives to safeguard national and social welfare and the legitimate rights and interests of foreign invested enterprises (FIEs). As home to many FIEs in China, CAEFI has developed through its practical and efficient service offering a large membership comprising both direct and indirect members and affiliates nationwide. 　　China's WTO membership,further reform and opening endeavor, accelerated law improvement and an ever-perfecting investment protection system have made it an all-the-more predictable trend that FDI inflow will sustain its current strong momentum.Such a prospect sets a broader stage for CAEFI's performance, yet it also sets higher and stricter requirements. In response, CAEFI will pioneer with new concepts, enrich its service contents, offer featured and sector-specific services and improve its service practice in the context of the present and the future. It will enable service provision throughout each and every work process in various effective ways, create a sound climate for FIEs operations and make new contributions to the prosperity and development of corporate China. 　　From a future perspective, China's steady and high-speed economic growth glittering in the global landscape of faster economic globalization will open greater development opportunities for FIEs in China. Always ready to serve its members with great sincerity. CAEFI welcomes the involvement and support of both domestic and overseas investors and enterprises,with which closer relations and partnerships are eagerly anticipated.I believe, through the joint efforts of all its members, CAEFI will make greater contribution to businesses and the society.
